TRAINING INTRODUCTION
Included free with every training undertaken is one to one career coaching, CV checks and correction, career advice, job search support, as well as interview preparation. We practicalise every training therefore you can apply the knowledge gained directly to the work environment. In addition we support every candidate individually to pass the professional exams and achieve or improve their career prospects. All training is taught in a thorough and practical manner therefore there is no prerequisite knowledge required to partake in any of our training courses.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) training will equip you with Knowledge of the new European Union Data Protection requirements and how it will affect organisations. Every organisation will need to comply with this law. This course will enable you to apply for roles to help implement the new law and ongoing Data Protection updates. Every organisation need to appoint a data protection officer, which is a generic role that anyone can do. You don’t need to be technical.
The General Data Protection Regulation is a new legislation that provides a single, harmonised data privacy law for the European Union. With the increasing risk of data breaches from cyber attack, the EU GDPR aims to prevent the loss of personal data by improving data security for all individuals living in EU member states. UK organisations have until May 2018 to comply with the new law, or potentially face hefty fines.
This training will also allow you to undertake the Information Security exam and or Privacy & Data Protection exam
No previous experience is needed to attend this training.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
The course will allow candidates to attain a role as a Business Analyst. During the course you will learn both techniques and strategies and how to put them into practice using a range of practical activities and case studies. The Business Analysis course will also enable you to take the British Computer Society – (ISEB) Professional Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.
By definition, Business Analysis is a set of tasks, knowledge and techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to the business problems. A Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business people and technology people. A successful Business Analyst will facilitate in accurately eliciting and relaying the requirements of a business process to ensure that the technology team builds a Business System that will effectively meet the needs of the business people.
The Business Analysis course requires no specific prerequisite technical or business knowledge.
PRINCE2 & PROGRAMME AND PROJECT SUPPORT OFFICE
After completing the course, candidates will be equipped to undertake a role in a Project Management Office. In addition the course will enable them to either undertake the APMG PRINCE 2 professional foundation exam or the ISEB Programme & project support office (PPSO) exam.
PRINCE2 is a process-based method for effective project management that is widely used in both the private and Public sector. This course includes PRINCE2 foundation, PPSO and hands-on practical project all combined. We combine PRINCE2 with the Programme and Project support office to equip you with all you need to excel in a Project/ Programme support role. Programme and Project Support is applicable across all sectors: IT, Retail, Local & Central Government, NHS, Housing, Banking, Advertising, Education, etc.
The PRINCE2 and Programme and Project support office course requires no previous Project management knowledge/ experience.
AGILE
This course provides an introduction to Agile methodology using Scrum. The focus is on the methodology itself, the benefits of using it. The course is divided between lecture material, exercises and discussion. It will also prepare you for the EXIN Agile Scrum professional exam. In addition the program is tailored for fast hands-on classroom learning with immediate application of the concepts to any business environment. You can get a role as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
There is no pre requisite requirement to participation in this course.
KYC/ AML/ FINANCIAL CRIME
This KYC/AML/ Financial Crime (Know your Customer/ Anti Money Laundering/ Financial Crime) training is the easiest way to get into the Banking/ Financial Services industry. The course has been formulated to deliver best practice guidelines for every institution by drawing on cutting edge experience of what the world’s financial institutions are doing, have done, plus are still yet to do.
It covers the minimum requirements, the ideal requirements and considers the impact of imminent legislative and best practice changes applicable to all institutions.
All information and training will be given to assist you in gaining a new role in Financial Services as a KYC/AML Officer, KYC/ AML Analyst or KYC/AML remediation project officer. This training has also been designed for KYC Analysts and professionals who manage risk in the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process.
LEAN SIX SIGMA
Achieve yellow belt certification in Lean six sigma, Lean Processes and principles. The tools you learn will prepare you for the exam but also empower you to support continuous improvement projects. For those interested in the Green built you’ll be given study material to undertake further study to allow you to pass the ASQ exam or ASSC exam.
No prior knowledge of Lean six Sigma is necessary to partake in this course.
CLOUD COMPUTING
Cloud computing certification is for anyone who is interested in understanding and applying Cloud technology in organisations. It will equip you with the basic knowledge of Cloud technologies in use now.
Cloud computing is the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted online to accumulate, manage, store and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.
Cloud computing jobs range from Cloud administrators, Cloud architects, Cloud developers, Cloud Data Analyst, Project Managers to manage cloud projects, Business Analysts to gather and model the cloud requirements. Software testers to test data migration. Agile specialists to move the organisation to the cloud in sprints, interactions and much more.
The course will enable candidates to take the CompuTIA Cloud essential examination or EXIN Cloud computing examination.
PRACTICAL PROJECTS
We have a number of Practical Projects related to all our courses lined up for candidates eager to gain work experience. The candidate is free to choose from our vast portfolio of live projects. The duration of the live project is 3 months. You will be working individually and also as part of a group as the project matures . The practical project lasts for a minimum of 2 months, however an additional month is required to consolidate work, prepare for interviews and hone job seeking techniques.
Prerequisite for the practical project chosen is that it must be in an area they have received training in. The practical project experienced mentors will delegate tasks and guide work progress. Mentors will also be there to give brief explanation but each candidate is expected to have an adequate knowledge in the area they wish to work on.
SOFTWARE TESTING
Software testing is the process of searching for software bugs. This course will train you with the practical skills to work as a software tester. You will learn to identify any, errors, or missing requirements which are contrary to the actual requirements in the Software.
This course will allow you to undertake the ISTQB/ ISEB foundation exam in Software testing. No prior Software testing experience or knowledge is required.
